Using concierge to research mojito & shrimp cocktail recipes

Some friends invited me on a last-minute beach trip recently.  Always happy to maximize my relaxation I started craving shrimp cocktail and mojitos.  Having never made either I decided to put my concierge to work while I made my way to the beach.

I called them when I left my house and by the time I finished the 5 hour drive I had an email with their recommendations.

Now, obviously I could have gone online and looked up recipes myself but I decided to use my concierge for two reasons.

1. I was driving and did not really want to be looking things up on my phone.

2. I always get paralyzed by all the choices when I look up recipes online.  So really more than finding the recipe I was wanting someone else to make the decision for me.

I received the two mojito recipes below of which I made the classic which was delicious. And I received the 5 cocktail sauce recipes as well as the personal note from the concierge below.  I made the 5th recipe which seemed like the easiest and it was dynomite.

Shrimp Cocktail Sauce Recipes:

It was a pleasure assisting you with your request today! I hope your day is going well. I have listed three great Cocktail Sauce recipes below. I have personalized them a bit. I personally love to cook and although Cocktail Sauce is very simple to make adding certain ingredients can really add a lot of flavor to your sauce and I am sure they will be a hit! All you are going to have to do is simple boil your shrimp then chill them and serve on ice. While your shrimp are chilling mix together all the ingredients for your sauce and chill that as well.
